NGC74975 is een balkspriraal stelsel in het sterrenbeeld Pegasus. Het hemelobject werd in 1784 ontdekt door de Duits-Britse astronoom William Herschel. De zwakke maar duidelijke wolken van interstellair stof zweven boven het galactische vlak en reflecteren zwak het sterrenlicht van onze Melkweg. Bekend als galactische cirrus- of geïntegreerde fluxnevels worden ze geassocieerd met de moleculaire wolken van de Melkweg.
